Our Educators

All our educators hold Working with Children Cards and current First Aid training with asthma and anaphylaxis training. We all undergo yearly Child Protection training to ensure that we are current in new procedures and protocols. Other development opportunities and courses are offered throughout their time with Endeavour to ensure they continue to learn and grow as professionals.

We have a Service Director who works closely with the families ensuring they are kept up to date with service details. She is part of the enrolment journey for all new families from their 1 st tour until their final day.
Our Educational Leader ensures that the Service is always offering best quality practices and experiences. She works to build the team’s knowledge and skills to ensure the children are learning and thriving here at Endeavour.

We have Lead Educators in all rooms who are responsible for the daily running of the rooms and offer mentorship and best practice at all times.
They are supported by a team of educators who are either fully qualified or working towards being so.

We have 1 Early Childhood Teacher onsite who helps to guide and mentor the teams’ practices and knowledge.
