FAQ

Is the centre open all year round?

We operate 50 weeks a year, closing for a two-week break over Christmas to allow our educators to spend time with their families.
What are the opening hours?

We are open 7am-6pm Monday to Friday.
How are fees paid?

Fees are paid via direct debit through Debit Success. Payments are processed every Thursday, one week in advance. To cancel or change your booking, please provide two weeks' notice in writing.
Do you follow Sun Safety Guidance?

Yes, we are a Sun Smart registered service. Families must provide hats, and children should wear clothing that covers their shoulders. Sunscreen is applied regularly as needed. Our team monitors UV levels and adjusts activities accordingly.
What do I need to bring for my child?

Please bring a labelled water bottle, hat, and spare clothing. Additionally, if needed, please provide bottles, nappies, medication, and medical plans.
How do I enrol my child?

First, complete a waitlist form. Once we confirm availability that meets your needs, we will offer a tour. If you decide to proceed, you will receive a link to complete the enrolment form. A birth certificate and immunisation records must be uploaded with the form. Orientation visits will be scheduled once all documentation is received.
